Ayen Enerji AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the production, transmission, distribution and trading of electricity. The Company operates two hydroelectric power plants (HEPP) in Camlica and Yamula, as well as a wind energy plant in Akbuk and a natural gas production plant in Ostim. Ayen Enerji AS is also involved in the construction and management of hydroelectric power plants and wind energy power plants. The affiliates of Ayen Enerji AS include Ayen Elektrik Tic. AS, Kayseri Elektrik Uretim San. ve Tic. AS and Ayen Ostim Enerji Uretim AS, also active in the energy sector. Ayen Enerji AS is a subsidiary of Aydiner Insaat AS. The Company has a subsidiary, Ayel Elektrik Uretim Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S., active in the energy sector as well.
