The Company has one subsidiary in Turkey, Baysan Transformator Pazarlama Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, that is engaged in the marketing of the Company’s products (import and export). The Company exports its products to Ukraine, Russia, Romania and Poland. In August, 2014, the Company acquired Gulden Saglik Hizmetleri Ticaret A.S and Valide Etfal Ozel Saglik Hizmetleri Medikal Insaat Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited.
