Company Profile

AUB Group Limited is an Australia-based company comprising of insurance brokers and underwriting agencies operating across Australia and New Zealand. The Company’s Australian Broking segment assesses the insurable risks and risk appetite of customers and sources relevant insurance products from insurers and underwriters to meet the needs of the customer. Agencies segment assesses, on behalf of the insurer, the risk profile of the end customer and pricing of policies requested by brokers. New Zealand Broking segment provides broking services within the New Zealand market. Support Services segment provides a diversified range of services to support the broking, agency, and New Zealand segments, and external clients. Tysers segment includes managing general agents (MGA), and retail and wholesale broking. MGA operates insurer-delegated authorities, both in-house and through third parties. Retail broking provides retail broking services within the United Kingdom market.
