The Company is focused on developing and commercializing targeted radiotherapies to deliver cancer-killing radiation with cellular level precision to treat patients with high unmet needs. The Company develops and markets medicines for relapsed or refractory cancer patients who are treated primarily in large quaternary care hospitals and their catchment areas. Its Iomab-B and Actimab-A product candidates fill the major unmet medical needs in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (r/r AML). Iomab-B is a targeted bridging therapy that provides both disease control and conditioning in one agent. Actimab-A is a targeted therapy for fit patients that has demonstrated an impressive extension in survival in a proof-of-concept study and is poised for advanced development in collaboration with the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
