Astra Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of epithermal gold-silver properties in Chile. The Company is focused on the development of the Pampa Paciencia District. Its projects include Pampa Paciencia project and Cerro Bayo project. The Pampa Paciencia project lies within the Paleocene Mineral belt in Northern Chile. The Pampa Paciencia project is an approximately 3,840-hectare road-access low sulfidation epithermal (LSE) gold-silver project located within an active mining district less than 15 kilometers (km) of two producing mines in Sierra Gorda, northern Chile. Its Cerro Bayo project is a high-sulfidation epithermal (HSE) gold project, which is located in the southern region of the Maricunga gold-rich belt. The Company’s subsidiaries include Astra Exploration Limited, Astra Exploration Chile SpA, and Sociedad Contractual Minera Paciencia.
