Dogu Aras Energy Investments AS is a Turkey-based energy investment company. The main activities of the Company consist of establishing and participating in companies operating in the energy sector for the purpose of electrical energy distribution and retail or wholesale sales, providing technical, financial, information technology and human resources management and other consultancy services to companies that are joined or newly established as well as industrial or commercial investments through these companies. Dogu Aras has two subsidiaries; Aras Elektrik Dagitim AS provides electricity distribution services to the region with a population of 2.2 million, and Aras Elektrik Perakende Satis AS provides electricity retail sales services to 1 million subscribers.
