Aquirian Limited is an Australia-based mining services company. The Company’s principal activities include provision of equipment, workforce, products and training solutions to the mining and resources industry. The Company’s segments include Mining Services and People Services. The Mining Services segment provides consumable products, blasting products and lease equipment, as well as manufacturing storage solutions for explosive materials and dangerous goods. The People Services segment provides personnel on a permanent, casual or contract basis, and the training of individuals within the drill and blast-focused industry. Its mining solutions division offers ancillary and underground lease equipment along with its Collar Keeper system through TBS Mining Solutions. The Company’s Maglok Australia business specializes in explosives storage for clients throughout the mining, defense and law enforcement sectors. It also delivers hotfiring training courses.
