The Company’s fintech platform, Commerse, houses a large array of financial products and services that can be implemented off-the-shelf or customized via a modern application programming interface (API). Commerse offers three primary products: Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS), Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and Commerce-as-a-Service (CXS). Commerse provides PaaS via integrated solutions for digital and mobile payment acceptance. These solutions provide advanced payment processing solutions for credit cards, automated clearing house (ACH), and gift/loyalty cards, by catering to the needs of each merchant. It also offers FinZeo, which provides advanced payment and banking technology to both large and small businesses.
