The Company is principally involved in the development, manufacturing and sourcing, distribution and sale of hand and body protection solutions in the industrial and healthcare markets. It provides protection solutions to approximately 25 specific industries and protects approximately 10 million workers each day. The Company operates through two segments: Industrial Global Business Unit (GBU) and Healthcare Global Business Unit (GBU). Healthcare GBU segment is engaged in surgical and examination gloves, healthcare safety devices and active infection prevention products for healthcare professionals and patients and single-use industrial application gloves. Industrial GBU segment is engaged in multi-use hand and body protection solutions for industrial work environments and specialty applications.
