Community Capital Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company’s principal activity is the ownership and management of its bank subsidiary, AB&T (the Bank). The Bank’s main office and branch are both located in Albany, Dougherty County, Georgia. It provides a range of banking services to individual and corporate customers in its primary market area of Dougherty County, Georgia. Its loan portfolio segments include commercial real estate, residential real estate, commercial and consumer. Its commercial loan portfolio includes commercial, financial, and agricultural loans. Its consumer loan portfolio includes direct consumer installment loans, overdrafts and other revolving credit loans, and educational loans. It also offers noninterest-bearing deposits and interest-bearing deposits. It also owns Community Capital Statutory Trust I, a business trust formed for the purpose of issuing trust preferred securities and investing the proceeds in subordinated debentures issued by it.
