Company Profile

AuKing Mining Limited is an Australia-based resource exploration and development company pursuing copper, uranium, and base metals project in Australia and Tanzania. The Company focus is development of the Koongie Park copper/zinc project (the Project) and certain highly prospective uranium projects in Tanzania, Africa. The Project is situated in the Halls Creek Mobile Belt and is located approximately 25 kilometers (kms) southwest of the regional center of Halls Creek on the Great Northern Highway in north-eastern Western Australia. The Koongie Park tenure package comprises 15 tenements with two mining leases, eight exploration licenses and five prospecting licenses. The total tenement area comprises of more than 500 square kilometers (km2) covering over 40 kms of the base metals prospective Koongie Park Formation. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is AKN (Koongie Park) Pty Ltd.
