Alternative Income REIT PLC is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is the owner of a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom commercial property assets predominantly let on long leases. The Company offers investors a secure, diversified and inflation-linked income return, whilst at least maintaining capital values in real terms, through exposure to alternative and specialist real estate sectors in the United Kingdom. The Company’s focus is to construct a portfolio with a weighted average unexpired lease term in excess of 18 years and inflation linkage on at least 85% of the portfolio’s gross passing rent, each at the time of investment. Its property portfolio includes sectors, such as hotel, education, retail warehouse, industrial, leisure, medical/care, car showroom, student accommodation, power station, and petrol station. The Company’s investment adviser and administrator is M7 Real Estate Limited.
