The Company has exposure to a portfolio of international absolute return funds and selected direct investments in subordinated debt and equity co-investments. Its portfolio has a net tangible asset (NTA) backing per unit of 15.17 cents with an adjusted NTA at 11.66 cents. Its strategy allocation consists of primary funds and investments, and secondary funds. Its asset class allocation includes private equity, real estate, cash holdbacks, public equity, and other. The Company’s investment manager is Warana Capital Pty Limited.
