Company Profile
Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group is an Australia-based vertically integrated producer of dairy products. The Company’s segments include Consumer Direct, Nutritional Powders and Dairy Farms. The Consumer Direct segment comprises its Victorian Farmers Direct business, an online platform that delivers fresh milk, dairy, meat and other groceries directly to consumers doorsteps. The Nutritional Powders segment includes the processing and sale of dairy and nutritional products to domestic and international markets. The Company manufactures infant formula, nutritional and customized specialty powders. In addition to the Ocean Road Dairies infant formula range, the Company also manufactures (through a third party) and sells the future Gradulac Gentle infant formula range (Future). Its future Gradulac Gentle infant formula range includes future Gradulac Gentle newborn infant formula, future Gradulac Gentle follow-on formula and future Gradulac Gentle toddler milk.
