The Company is engaged in pre-production phosphate and metallic copper projects located in Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil. The Company’s projects include Phosphate Project, Copper Project and Rio Grande Copper Assets. The Copper Project is located in Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil. The Rio Grande copper belt is located approximately 270-300 kilometers (km) from Porto Alegre, the capital of Rio Grande do Sul. The Salso Target is located approximately 12 km to the northwest of the Andrade Project. The Piquiri Target is located approximately 60 km to the east of the city of Cacapava do Sul and comprises an area covered by six tenements. The Estuque target is located approximately 33 km northwest of the Andrade Project and comprises an area with outcrops and historical gold exploration works, such as trenches and shafts.
