Its subsidiary, ASF Capital Pty Ltd, is the fund management and advisory arm of its core strategy to facilitate two-way capital flows between Australia and Asia. Its subsidiaries also include ASF Consortium Pty Ltd, ASF Corporate Pty Ltd, ASF Energy Pty Ltd, ASF (Hong Kong) Ltd and ASF Oil and Gas Holdings Pty Ltd.
