Adese Gayrimenkul Yatirim AS, formerly Adese Alisveris Merkezleri Ticaret AS is a Turkey-based company that provides shopping services. The Company is a retailer that offers various goods at discount prices. It also offers mass purchase option of food or convenience goods for factories, schools, hospitals and other businesses. The Company has more than 130 branches in Ankara, Aksaray, Istanbul, Karaman, Kocaeli, Konya, Mersin and Sakarya. It publishes Aile Dostu magazine every two months to communicate the discounts and promotions in stores. It also offers a loyalty card, Adese Card, to customers. The Company is also engeged in earning rental income from the existing real estates in owned portfolio and runs real estate activities related to fixed assets.
