The Company provides retail, business, corporate, investment banking, insurance, financial services and wealth management products and services. Its segments include Product Solutions Cluster, Everyday Banking, Relationship Banking, Absa Regional Operations RBB (ARO RBB), and CIB. The Product Solutions Cluster segment offers a comprehensive suite of residential and vehicle finance solutions along with insurance products and services to protect customer’s wealth and investments. The Everyday Banking segment offers day-to-day banking services for the retail customer. The Relationship Banking segment focuses on key client segments, such as small and medium enterprises (SMEs), commercial segment and private wealth. The ARO RBB segment offers a range of solutions managed through key business areas, such as Retail Banking, Business Banking and Insurance ARO. The CIB segment includes corporate and investment bank.
