Abeo SAS is a France-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of sporting goods. The Company’s activities are divided into three areas: Gymnastics and other sports, Climbing and Lockers. The Gymnastics and other sports area focuses on designing and producing equipment mainly for gymnastics, basketball and combat sports, under Gymnova, Janssen-Fritsen, Schelde Sports, O’Jump and ADEC Sport brand names, among others. The Climbing division designs and manufactures artificial climbing walls under Entre-Prises and Top 30 brand names, among others. The Lockers area provides commercial locker rooms and bathroom equipment, such as toilet cubicles, shower walls, coat racks and wardrobes, under Prospec, France Equipment and Suffixe brand names, among others. The Company operates in a number of countries, including France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. It operates through Erhard Sport, Sportsafe UK and Clip’n Climb International.
