Australasian Metals Limited is an Australia-based lithium, gold and precious metals exploration company primarily focused on projects in Australia. The Company’s projects include May Queen gold, Mt Clermont gold, Fairview gold, Mt Peake lithium, Capella gold and Barrow Creek lithium projects. The May Queen gold project comprises granted tenement exploration permit for Minerals EPM 19419 and adjacent application EPM 27746, located within the Brovinia goldfield in Queensland, approximately 375 kilometers (km) by road from Brisbane. The Mt Clermont gold project is located in the southern part of the Drummond Basin in Central Queensland, approximately 60 km by road north-west of the town of Emerald. The Fairview gold project lies within the Pilbara Granite-Greenstone Complex in the northwest of Western Australia. The Mt Peake lithium project is located in the Mt Peake area of the Anningie Tin-Tantalum-Pegmatite fields, within the northern Arunta Region of the Northern Territory, Australia.
