Perpetual Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and natural gas exploration, production and marketing company. The Company owns a diversified asset portfolio, including liquids-rich conventional natural gas assets in the deep basin of West Central Alberta, and undeveloped bitumen leases in Northern Alberta. The Company also has a portfolio of oil sands leases which have bitumen resource potential and may be developed in the long term.
