Oman Investment and Finance Co SAOG (OIFC) is an Oman-based investment and services company, specialized in billing, collection & debt factoring for electricity, water and telecom services in the Sultanate of Oman. OIFC provides meter reading, billing, collection, customer service and debt factoring (for private customers) for water charges, wastewater charges, Private Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and electricity charges. The Company also is engaged in the purchase and sale of prepaid global system for mobile communications (GSM), telephone and Internet cards. The Company offers its services to the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water, Oman Wastewater Services Company SAOC, Oman Telecommunications Company SAOG and Muscat Electricity Distribution Company SAOC, among others.
