The Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Cboe S&P 500 Tail Risk Index. The Index measures the performance of a risk management strategy that holds the underlying stocks of the S&P 500 Index and applies a protective put strategy on the S&P 500 Index.
