B.A.G. Films and Media Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of content production, distribution and allied activities. The Company provides infrastructural support for content production and broadcasting. The Company operates through four segments: Audio -Visual Production and Distribution, Leasing, F.M. Radio and Television Broadcasting. It operates News24, a national Hindi news channel, through its subsidiary, News24 Broadcast India Limited. It operates E24, a Bollywood entertainment channel, through its subsidiary, E24 Glamour Limited. The Company has approximately 10 frequency modulation (FM) radio stations, operating under the brand name Dhamaal24 through its subsidiary, Skyline Radio Network Limited, in the cities of Hissar, Karnal, Patiala, Ranchi, Muzaffarpur, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar, Shimla and Jabalpur. Its News 24 and E24 are available across West Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region.
