The Company operates through the following divisions: Private Equity, which provides access to long-term capital, advisory support and a network of strategic contacts to Asian investment companies; Jade Value Partners, a private equity fund of funds dedicated to mainland China; South Asian Real Estate (SARE), an international real estate company that is focused on developing residential real estate in India; Public Equity, which is engaged in public investments and in the management of the Company’s portfolio, as well as Advisory Services, which offers investment advisory services. The Company’s subsidiaries include, among others, Asiya Asset Management (Cayman) Limited, Asiya Gateway Fund Limited and Asiya Managed Account Platform SPC.
