Aayan Leasing and Investment Co KSCP is a Kuwait-based closed shareholding company. The Company is engaged in financial investments, trading properties, investment properties and leasing activities. The Company is organized in to four business segments namely: Islamic Financing, engaged in providing a range of Islamic products to corporate and individual customers; Operating Leases, engaged in leasing vehicles and equipment to corporate and individual customers; Real Estate and Asset Management, engaged in buying, selling, and investing in real estate and managing funds and portfolios, as well as Proprietary Investment Management, engaged in investing of Company funds in securities, financing to corporate and individual customers and managing the Company’s liquidity requirements. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include East Gate Real Estate Company WLL and First East General Trading Company WLL.
