The Fund acquires developed and ready to use properties to generate regular rental income and distribute at least 90% of the Fund’s net profit to the unitholders throughout the term of the Fund. The Fund is managed by the Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company. The fund’s managed assets include Hyper Panda, Public Prosecution Building, Ajdan Walk, Hyper Panda, Al Hokair Time, Al-Khalidiya Business Center, Al Jazeera Residential Compound, Banque Saudi Fransi Building, Al Rawdah Business Center, Hyper Panda, Al Hayat Tower, Al Manahij School, Dar Al Baraa School, Extra Store, and Al Hamra Plaza, among others.
