AlJazira REIT is a Saudi Arabia-based Sharia compliant closed-end real estate investment traded fund. The fund aims to invest in developed properties that qualified to generate periodic rental income and to distribute at least 90% of fund’s net profits in cash to investors at least once a year, during the third quarter of each year, after collecting the rental income.
