Middle East Specialized Cables Co SJSC (MESC) is a Saudi Arabia-based joint stock company engaged, along with its subsidiaries, in the production and sale of flexible electric, coaxial rubber and nylon coated wires and cables, telephone cables for internal extensions, computer cables, safety and anti-fire wires and cab les, and control and transmission of information cables. The Company is active in three geographical regions, namely the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United Arab Emirates. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Middle East Specialized Cables Company-Jordan, MESC for Medium and High Voltage Cables Company, MESC-Ras Al-Khaimah LLC and Sharjah Cables Factory. In October, 2013, the Company acquired Sharjah Cables Factory.
