Xplore Resources Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties prospective for gold and copper mineralization in the Americas. The Company’s projects include Surge, Energia, Borborema, Perrigo Lake, Valk, Upper Red Lake, and Pringle Lake. The Surge Property totals 3,416 hectare (ha) and is located in the Patricia Mining District, Ontario, Canada, approximately 100 km north of Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The Energia property totals 4,585 ha and consists of four claim blocks acquired through staking in the Eastern Brazil Pegmatite Province and is located in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Borborema property totals 9,121 ha and consists of seven claim blocks acquired through staking in the Borborema Pegmatite Province, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The Valk Project covers 1,614 Ha and is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, approximately 20 km northwest (NW) of Port Hardy.
