The Company’s projects are located in the highly prospective Pilbara, Murchison and Yilgarn regions of Western Australia, near Nullagine, Cue, Southern Cross and Sandstone. The Company’s projects include Mt Finnerty Project and Gidgee North Project, and. The Mt Finnerty Project is located about 430 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Perth and 100km northeast of Southern Cross in the Archean Marda-Diemals greenstone belt. The Gidgee North project is located approximately 640km northeast of Perth in the Murchison region of Western Australia. The Gidgee North Project comprises tenements E53/1920, E51/2044, E51/2032, E53/2227, E51/2090 and Geoff Well farm-in project E53-1832-I, covering approximately 430 square kilometers (km2).
