The development portfolio comprises the ground positions and the realized investments relating to the restructuration and/or extensions of shopping centers in Genk, Ghent, Tournai and Waterloo. The Company’s retail portfolio includes Shopping Centre Belle-Ile, Shopping Centre Nivelles, Shopping Centre Les Bastions, as well as the retail complex, Stadsplein, in Genk and the retail complex in Waterloo.
