Valhalla Metals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company focused on the advancement of its mineral projects towards feasibility. The Company's flagship project is the Sun copper-zinc-lead-gold-silver volcanogenic massive-sulfide (VMS) project located in Ambler Mining District, Northwest Alaska. The Sun property is comprised of approximately 392 contiguous State of Alaska claims that total about 25,382 hectares in area. It holds a 100% interest in the claims. The Company also owns the Smucker project, which is a copper-zinc-lead-gold-silver VMS project that is located in the Ambler Mining District, Northwest Alaska. The Smucker property consists of approximately 133 claims.
