TinOne Resources Inc. is a mining exploration company. The Company has a portfolio of tin, tin/tungsten and lithium projects in the Tier 1 mining jurisdictions of Tasmania and New South Wales, Australia. The Company controls some of the tin districts in Tasmania, including Aberfoyle, Rattler Range, Mount Maurice and Great Pyramid and is focused on advancing its highly prospective portfolio. The Aberfoyle project area straddles the boundary between the Silurian to Devonian Mathinna Supergroup sedimentary rocks and the Devonian Ben Lomond Granite. The Aberfoyle project covers approximately 9,600 hectares in the tier-one mining jurisdiction of Tasmania, Australia. The Rattler Range project consists of over 32 square kilometers (km2) exploration license (EL10/2019), which is a highly prospective project in northeastern Tasmania, Australia and located only 64 km from the city of Launceston. Its Mount Maurice project covers 243 km2 of exploration tenure in northeast Tasmania.
