Santos Brasil Participacoes SA is a Brazil-based holding company that provides logistics services. The Company operates in four segments: Container and General Cargo Port Terminals, Santos Brazil Logistics, Vehicle Terminal, and Liquid Terminals. The Container and General Cargo Port Terminals segment focuses on the loading and unloading of containers and general cargo from ships, storage and handling services for containers in the yard (backyard) and in closed warehouses. The Santos Brazil Logistics segment offers port and 3PL logistics solutions through intermodal support platforms. The Vehicle Terminal segment provides loading and unloading of machinery, equipment, small, medium, and wide vehicles, and general cargo from ships; and storage of these cargoes in the terminal's back yard. And the Liquid Terminals segment focuses on the storage of fuel in installed tanks where customers are primarily fuel importers and distributors.
