The Company operates through a network of five branches located in Ankara, Samsun, Izmir, Konya and Antalya. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included As Ecza Deposu Ticaret AS, which is engaged in operating as a pharmacy depot through four branches located in Ankara, Kayseri, Izmir and Konya, and Selcuk Ecza Deposu Dis Tic AS, which is active in the export and import of a range of drugs and patent medicines, medical supplies together with pharmacy depot operations.
