Company Profile

Science Group plc is an international science and technology consultancy and systems company. The Company’s segments include the Professional Services segment, Systems - Submarine Atmosphere Management segment, and the Systems - Audio Chips and Modules segment. Its Professional Services segment comprises research and development, regulatory and compliance, and defense and aerospace practices. The collaboration between the different practices is unifying the operations under the Sagentia brand of the Professional Services businesses. The Systems - Submarine Atmosphere Management segment comprises the Critical Maritime Systems and Support (CMS2) business, which designs, develops and manufactures submarine atmosphere systems for the defense sector. The Systems - Audio Chips and Modules segment comprises the Frontier Business, which is a provider of DAB/DAB+ radio semi-conductors/modules. It owns and maintains the freehold properties.
