The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, discovery, and development of district-scale gold projects in the state of Wyoming. The Shield-Carissa Property is located in the South Pass Mining District and comprises over 204 unpatented mining claims and covers approximately 3,800 acres. The Bradley Peak Property is located in the Seminoe Mountains in central Wyoming and consists of over 10,800 acres. The Windy Flats Project is located southeast of the historic Carrissa mine in the South Pass Mining District.
