The Company’s subsidiaries are Rainbow International Resources Limited, Rainbow Burundi SPRL, Rainbow Mining Burundi SM, Rainbow Rare Earths Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, and Rainbow Rare Earths (Proprietary) Limited.
