Company Profile

QMines Limited is an Australia-based copper, silver and gold development company. The Company owns 100% of the Mt Chalmers (copper-gold), Develin Creek (copper-zinc) and Mt Mackenzie (gold and silver) projects, located within 90 kilometers (km) of Rockhampton in Queensland. The Company’s flagship project, Mt Chalmers, situated 17 km north-east of Rockhampton, consists of five exploration permits for minerals and covers approximately 316 square kilometers. The Develin Creek Project is located approximately 90 km west of Rockhampton in Queensland. The project consists of two tenements, EPM 17604 and EPM 16749, for a total area of approximately 272 square kilometers. The Company's Mt Mackenzie Project is an advanced-stage gold and silver project located approximately 140 km northwest of Rockhampton. The project includes two parcels of freehold land and two granted tenements (EPM 10006 and MDL 2008).
