Q-Gold Resources Ltd. is a mineral development and exploration company that is focused on advancing gold projects in the United States and Canada. It is exploring for gold at the past-producing Foley Gold Mine in Mine Centre, Ontario and intends to advance exploration activities in the United States at the Quartz Mountain Project. The Q-Gold Mine Centre Project hosts two historic gold mines, the Foley and Golden Star, as well as a silver/gold discovery on the McKenzie Gray property. It holds 9,965 acres of contiguous mining claims, Crown leases and leasehold patents located within the historic Mine Centre. The mining claims of Ontario mineral properties are in the Kenora Mining Division. The Foley Gold Mine complex is located near the town of Mine Centre, Ontario. Its advanced-stage Quartz Mountain gold exploration project is located in south-central Oregon. The Quartz Mountain Project comprises two contiguous properties: the Angel’s Camp property and the Quartz Mountain property.
