The Company is organized into the following segments: Insurance, which includes general accident, war and marine, fire and engineering, among others; Investments, which includes equity, bonds and associates; Real Estate, which covers property, land and building, as well as Others, which includes operations related to takaful, World Trade Center and others. The Company’s subsidiaries include General Water and Beverages Co WLL, General Takaful Company SPC, Qatar General Holding Co SPC, Mazoon Insurance Marketing Services SPC and World Trade Center SPC. The Company has a network of branches located across Qatar and an overseas branch in the United Arab Emirates.
