Its projects include Caribou Dome Copper project, Stellar Copper-Gold project, Humboldt Range Gold-Silver project, and Fourth of July project. The Caribou Dome Copper project comprises approximately 216 contiguous state mining claims and is located adjacent to the Company’s Stellar project. The claims cover a total area of 116 square kilometers (km2). The Stellar Copper-Gold project comprises approximately 231 contiguous State Mining Claims and is located immediately adjacent to the Company’s Caribou Dome Copper Project. The claims cover a total area of 150 Km2. The Humboldt Range Gold-Silver project comprises 364 lode mining claims in Nevada in two claim groups: Black Canyon and Fourth of July and is situated between two large-scale active mines: the Florida Canyon gold mine and the Rochester silver-gold mine.
