Big Pharma Split Corp. (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed end mutual fund. The Fund invests, with equal weighting as a percentage of net asset value of the Fund, in equity securities of ten issuers, primarily from the pharmaceutical sector. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide holders of preferred shares a fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions in the amount of $0.125 per preferred share ($0.50 per annum or 5.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per preferred share) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the maturity date, and holders of Class A shares a regular monthly noncumulative cash distributions targeted to be $0.1031 per Class A share representing a yield on the issue price of the Class A shares of 8.25% per annum on the issue price of $15.00 per Class A Share and to provide holders with the opportunity for growth in the net asset value per Class A share. Its portfolio manager is Harvest Portfolios Group Inc.
