Company Profile

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC is a United Kingdom-based independent mixed-asset energy company. The Company is engaged in owning gas processing facilities and an export hub in north-west Kazakhstan. The Company’s producing asset is the Chinarevskoye field, which is operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhaikmunai LLP, which is a 274-square-kilometer license located to the north of Uralsk. The Chinarevskoye field is positioned in the pre-Caspian basin, which is the location of numerous gas discoveries, including Rozhkovskoye field and its neighboring licenses. Chinarevskoye field is a multi-layer structure with approximately 17 reservoirs and 53 compartments spread over three areas. Its products include crude oil, stabilized condensate, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and dry gas. The Company also owns an 80% interest in Positiv Invest LLP, which holds the subsoil use rights for the Kamenskoe and Kamensko-Teplovsko-Tokarevskoe areas in the West Kazakhstan region (the Stepnoy Leopard fields).
