Mepet Metro Petrol ve Tesisleri Sanayi Ticaret AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the operation of petrol and gas stations and road side restaurants in Turkey. Through its petrol stations, the Company sells and stores petrol, fuel oil and liquefied gas. Its road side facilities include Dortdivan Metro Tesisi in Bolu, Kirsehir Baskent Mola Tesisi in Kirsehir, Koroglu Park Tesisi in Bolu, Metro Park Ganita in Corum, and Luleburgaz Akcakoy Tesisleri in Kirklareli. The road side facilities have fast food courts, groceries, local products and prayer rooms. Mepet Metro Petrol is a subsidiary of Metro Ticari ve Mali Yatirimlar Holding A.S. In December 2013, Metro Ticari ve Mali Yatirimlar AS raised interest to 70.078% from 65.61% by acquiring a 4.468% stake in Mepet Metro Petrol ve Tesisleri Sanayi Ticaret AS. In June 2014, it acquired the entire share capital of Metro Yagli Turistik Tesis Isletmeciligi ve Petrol Urunleri Ticaret AS, an Istanbul-based wholesaler of petroleum products.
