The Company owns and operates two hotels, Marti La Perla and Marti Myra, in Marmaris and Antalya; two holiday villages, Marti Resort and Marti Vacation Club, and a marina, Marti Marina. Marti Group hotels have a combined capacity of approximately 2,200 beds, whereas Marti Marina has a capacity of 301 afloat and 70 ashore yachts. Among the planned projects of the Company are a holiday village in Sarigerme, Mugla and a residential project in Cerkezkoy. Marti Otel Isletmeleri AS has business ties with tourism agencies from the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Russia.
