Jangada Mines plc is a United Kingdom-based natural resources development company with interests in Brazil and other jurisdictions. The Companny’s projects include Pitombeiras Project and Paranaita Gold Project. The Pitombeiras vanadium titanomagnetite (VTM) Project is located in the Northeast region of Brazil, approximately 280 kilometers (km) southwest of Fortaleza town, the capital of Ceara State. The Project is a high-grade vanadium, titanium, iron ore development project with the potential for open pit extraction. Pitombeiras is located to reach in country and overseas markets, being less than 300 km from both the Pecem and Fortaleza seaports in Ceara state, which are within the Ceara Free Trade Zone. The 7,211-hectare Paranaita Gold Project is situated within the prolific Alta Floresta - Juruena Gold Province (AFGP) - a region with an estimated 7-10 million ounces of historical gold production and over 30 years of continuous artisanal mining activity.
