It offers investors access to a spread global smaller companies’ portfolio. The portfolio consists of individual smaller company investments within the United States, United Kingdom and European markets, and third-party fund holdings targeting smaller companies in Japan, Asia, Latin America and other smaller territories. It seeks to reduce the risks associated with smaller companies by doing detailed analysis and by investing in a large number of stocks in various industry sectors and geographic areas. The Company’s investment manager is Columbia Threadneedle Investment Business Limited.
