Its subsidiaries include Admiral Ground Rents Limited, Azure House Ground Rents Limited, Banbury Ground Rents Limited, BH Ground Rents Limited, Clapham One Ground Rents Limited, and others. The Company's investment manager is Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited.
